About Eric
Leadership grounded in family, education, and experience.
As a parent of three Hanover School Division students, husband of a local teacher, and a Steinbach resident for 14 years, I care deeply about building strong schools that support every learner.
My background as an Information Systems Manager with more than 20 years of experience, including four years in management, has shaped my approach to clear communication, practical decision-making, and accountability.

Why I'm asking for your vote
I'm running because I believe students should remain at the centre of every Board decision.
As Trustee, my focus will be on strong student learning, better classroom supports, safe and respectful schools, transparent decision-making, and meaningful engagement with families.
I would be honoured to represent Ward 3 on the Hanover School Board.
